1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings:

• "phwin888" refers to the phwin888 online betting platform, its operators, affiliates, and representatives.
• "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a phwin888 account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" refers to the registered member account on the phwin888 platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a member on a phwin888 betting market.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-withdrawable credits awarded by phwin888 under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited or won funds that are eligible for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.
• "Platform" refers to the phwin888 website and all associated services accessible at phwin888.app.
• "PHP" / "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the sole currency used on phwin888.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Membership on phwin888 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and aligns with Philippine regulations governing online gambling. phwin888 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any member at any time. An account that cannot provide valid age verification will be suspended pending review.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold one phwin888 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through the use of different contact details — is a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phwin888 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, retain any bonus funds, and review outstanding balances in accordance with its fraud policy.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of bonus funds.

2.4 Jurisdiction

The phwin888 platform is intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. It is the responsibility of each member to verify that their use of phwin888 complies with local laws. phwin888 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

phwin888 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

3.2 Deposit Processing

GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are credited to the phwin888 wallet instantly in most cases. Bank transfer methods (InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank) may take up to one banking hour to reflect depending on bank processing times. phwin888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

3.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the phwin888 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Before a withdrawal can be processed, phwin888 may require identity verification including a government-issued ID.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

phwin888 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of phwin888 approval. Bank transfers may take one to two banking days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

3.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Funded Winnings

Winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable only after the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Meeting wagering requirements with excluded bet types (see Section 7) will not count towards bonus clearance.

4 Betting Rules — General

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the phwin888 platform across all sports and market types:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant betting window closes. Once a market is closed, no further bets will be accepted for that event.
• Bets confirmed via the phwin888 bet slip are final. phwin888 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet, except in cases covered under Section 5 (Void Bet conditions).
• The minimum bet amount across all sports markets is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and event — maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed with odds that were posted in error — including pricing errors caused by data feed issues — may be voided by phwin888 at its discretion. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• phwin888 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of individual members at any time, without notice, for risk management purposes. This applies particularly to members identified as consistently beating posted prices.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for a payout to be made. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s).

5 Bet Settlement Rules

5.1 Settlement Basis

All phwin888 bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the PBA for basketball, FIVB for international volleyball, or the WBC/WBA/IBF/WBO for boxing. In the event of a dispute between a broadcast result and an official governing body result, the official governing body result takes precedence.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before it commences and is not rescheduled within 72 hours.
• The event is suspended and not completed within a reasonable period as determined by phwin888.
• The bet was placed after the official start time of the event due to a data feed error.
• The odds were published with a manifest error (e.g., a decimal point error or inverted favourite/underdog pricing).
• For Sabong: a fight is declared void, cancelled, or abandoned by the officiating arena for any reason covered under Section 6.

5.3 Settlement Timing

phwin888 aims to settle all bets within minutes of an official result being announced. In exceptional circumstances — match official reviews, governing body investigations, or data feed delays — settlement may take longer. phwin888 will communicate extended settlement timelines to affected members via the account notification system.

6 Sabong-Specific Rules

The following rules apply specifically to Sabong (online cockfighting) markets at phwin888. These rules operate in addition to the General Betting Rules in Section 4 and the Settlement Rules in Section 5.

• Sabong bets must be placed during the open betting window for each fight, prior to the sultada (release) call. phwin888 closes the betting window at the sultada call — no bets are accepted after this point for the relevant fight.
• Sabong bets are accepted on Meron (favoured), Wala (underdog), and Draw (Empate) selections, where available. Available selections and current odds are displayed in the live Sabong interface.
• If a Sabong fight is declared void by the officiating arena — due to a handler infraction, technical incident, or other officiating reason — all bets on that fight are voided and stakes returned. This does not affect other fights within the same derby.
• phwin888 follows the official result declared by the licensed arena operator. phwin888 does not make independent result determinations for Sabong fights.
• In the event of a live stream disruption, existing bets are not voided solely on account of the stream. Bets stand subject to the official fight result. phwin888 will restore the stream as quickly as technically possible.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All phwin888 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms that specify the bonus amount, wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry date. These individual terms are published on the phwin888 Promotions page and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by phwin888 are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings generated from those funds become withdrawable. A wagering requirement of, for example, 15x means that bonus winnings must be turned over 15 times in eligible bets before a withdrawal request will be processed. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7.3 Eligible Bets for Wagering

Only bets placed on markets with minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or higher count towards wagering requirement clearance, unless an individual promotion specifies different minimum odds. Void bets, cashout bets, and bets placed on markets excluded by a specific promotion do not contribute to wagering requirements.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

phwin888 reserves the right to withdraw bonus funds and cancel associated winnings in the event that a member is found to be abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing opposing bets across accounts to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk; and exploiting pricing errors to generate artificial wagering turnover. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended or closed.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances. The validity period for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms on the phwin888 Promotions page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technological means to place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit data feed errors, platform glitches, or other technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match fixing, outcome manipulation, or any arrangement to predetermine the result of an event that phwin888 has offered betting markets on.
• Laundering funds through the phwin888 platform, including depositing and withdrawing without engaging in genuine betting activity.
• Using another person's payment method or bank account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to operate a phwin888 account on your behalf.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

phwin888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances: confirmed violation of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete age or identity verification within a required timeframe; at the request of the account holder; or pursuant to a regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the member's real money balance remains intact and will be returned upon the conclusion of the investigation, provided no material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Bonus funds may be withheld in all suspension cases pending the outcome of the review.

Members who wish to close their phwin888 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support directly. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining real money balance will be returned to the member's registered withdrawal method.

10 Privacy & Data

phwin888 collects, stores, and uses member data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phwin888.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data provided to phwin888 is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and (with consent) marketing communications. phwin888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, by our licensed regulatory obligations, or with payment processing partners directly involved in the operation of the platform.

phwin888 retains the right to monitor account activity for compliance, security, and fraud detection purposes. This includes analysis of betting patterns, login behaviour, and payment activity.

11 Responsible Gaming

phwin888 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. We take problem gambling seriously and provide a range of tools to help members stay in control. All responsible gaming tools are accessible through account settings or by contacting phwin888 support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose across a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour delay.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum time limit per betting session.
• Reality Checks: Enable reminders at defined intervals showing how long you've been active on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary exclusion (30 days, 90 days, 6 months) or permanent exclusion is available. Self-exclusion is permanent when selected and cannot be reversed for the chosen duration.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwin888 shall not be liable for losses arising from: technical failures, platform outages, or data feed interruptions beyond our reasonable control; delays in bet settlement caused by third-party officiating bodies; losses incurred as a result of a member's own betting decisions; or unauthorised access to a member account resulting from a member's failure to secure their login credentials.

In all cases where phwin888 is found liable for a member's loss, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the member's real money balance at the time of the relevant incident.

phwin888 does not guarantee the continuous availability of the platform and reserves the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance. During maintenance windows, betting markets may be suspended temporarily.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from a member's use of the phwin888 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulations of the licensing authority under which phwin888 operates. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts or regulatory forum within the Philippines.

14 Contact & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved at the support level, members may escalate the issue in writing to phwin888's compliance department. phwin888 will investigate escalated disputes within 10 working days and provide a written decision.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. phwin888 will not consider disputes raised outside this window except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
